Introducing our second sheep–alpaca collaboration yarn! This beautifully soft and subtly heathered DK weight yarn is a luxurious blend of:

80% Kent Romney wool which is a blend of Susanna's small white Romney flock at Barcombe and a small content of Roger’s small flock of Black Romney's at Diamond Farm, Horam 

20% alpaca fleece from the lovely Ernie the Alpaca at Wallis Farm, Pyecombe

Both fibres are grown in Sussex and spun just a few miles from their origin. The result is a yarn that combines the strength and structure of Romney with the buttery softness and drape of alpaca, in a gorgeous undyed light grey shade.

Care: Hand wash gently in cool water. Lay flat to dry.
